Study On Import Cross-border E-commerce Logistics Service Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism Of Company A

With the increasing purchasing power of Chinese consumers for imported goods.and the government continually promulgate the good policies for import cross-border e-commerce,China's import cross-border e-commerce industry is developing at a steady rate of growth.As a bridge between import B2C cross-border e-commerce platforms and consumers,logistics service supply chain is one of the key factors for the business development of import B2C cross-border e-commerce industry that complements the import B2C cross-border e-commerce platform.This thesis is begin with the bonded import mode of company A which is a import B2C cross-border e-commerce enterprise,then analyses the uncoordinated problems in the logistics service supply chain,which is composed of a import cross-border e-commerce platform and a self-built bonded warehouse for company A,as well as a third-party logistics company.After that,this thesis proposes the supply chain coordination scheme from the perspective of logistics service Level and profit distribution.The scheme firstly takes the sensitivity of demand to logistics service level into consideration,and then obtains the profit function of each main body in the logistics service supply chain by analyzing the cooperation relationship and business operation process.The next step is to establish and derive three different models:centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making without supply chain contract,combined contract with revenue-sharing and cost-sharing contracts for the relevant conditions of supply chain coordination.Finally,the model parameters are assigned according to the actual data of a specific commodity of company A and the third-party logistics company,which can get the models'results to verify the validity of the combined contract.The results show that when the coordination parameters of the supply chain system using the combined contract are within the reasonable value range and meet certain conditions,the coordination effect is significantly improved compared with the decentralized decision without using the supply chain contract.The result of the combined contract is the same as the optimal value of the decision variable under the centralized decision.And the profit of company A and the third-party logistics company have realized the pareto improvement,which encourages company A and the third-party logistics company to cooperate for a win-win situation.The application of the combined contract solves the logistics service level and profit distribution problem of the import cross-border e-commerce's logistics service supply chain for Company A,and has some certain enlightenments for the coordination of the import logistics service supply chain.
