With the aggravation of the market competition,in order to attract and retain customers,enterprise try to satisfy customer demands deeply,which brings enterprise product collaborative innovation cost and time to rise sharply,make a compression of the limited profit space,and also be not conducive to market for new products.Not only is that,due to the differences in business conditions,the ability to meet customer demand different.This is caused,in the product collaborative innovation process,the need to evaluate the product collaborative innovation schemes.Therefore,it becomes the enterprise basis and path of screening and evaluation of product collaborative innovation schemes,with considering limited to meet customer demand,the analysis of customer demand saturation mechanism,the establishment of the customer demand saturation model and screening different customer demand saturation under the condition of product collaborative innovation scheme,and also multi dimension evaluation of the scheme.Based on this,first of all,this paper combined with analysis of customer demand saturation mechanism and "saturation" concept which is widely used in natural science and social science,summarize and define the concept of "customer demand saturation" and explain it.Then,on the basis of analyzing the customer demand,cost and time of the realization in product collaborative innovation scheme,get the value of customer demand,correlation,etc.Quantify and reveal the relationship between customer demand and product technical characteristics,customer demand and the required cost and time,and use the above results as the eco-evaluation of the economic indicators of product collaboration scheme.Secondly,in accordance with the concept of "customer demand saturation" construct products collaborative innovation scheme screening model under different degrees of saturation,which includes time and cost oriented and integrated time and cost oriented model.Finally,based on the comprehensive consideration of the evaluation factors of product collaborative innovation scheme,constructs the product collaborative innovation scheme evaluation model,including product collaborative innovation scheme evaluation procedure and evaluation index system,in order to quantitative analysis the screened schemes,and eventually obtain the evaluation results.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:In the first chapter,briefly introduce and analyze the important significance of product collaborative innovation in the enterprise and the society,reviews of product cooperative innovation in the domestic and foreign research status,points out the products collaborative innovation main contents,product collaborative innovation process,and the satisfaction of customer demand saturation mechanism.In the second chapter,on the base of collaborative theory and innovation theory,expound the development and connotation of product collaborative innovation;summarize the quality function deployment theory and scheme evaluation methods,and points out their suitable for collaborative product innovation scheme evaluation.In the third chapter,summary and put forward the concept of "customer demand saturation",with using modern management and analysis technique,combine with quality function deployment model,analyze relationship between customer demand and technical characteristics,obtain the customer demand saturation model of cost oriented and time oriented,etc.In the fourth chapter,put forward the related evaluation steps and evaluation index system;construct the multi dimension evaluation model of collaborative product innovation scheme combining with the evaluation methods of AHP,degree of membership function and BPNN.In the fifth chapter,combine with the example of H Company's products collaborative innovation program.On the basis of relevant data and the customer demand saturation model,selected a series of scheme and evaluate those multidimensional,in order to guide the H company's products collaborative innovation scheme selection work.In the sixth chapter,summarize the main research contents of this paper,and looks forward to the future research work.
