With the development trend of cross-border industries and the intensification of market competition,finding multi-type and multi-advantage partners for collaborative innovation has gradually become an important way for enterprises to upgrade their product competitiveness.Collaborative innovation with multi-agent participation is conducive to the synergistic effect of “1+1>2”.The era background of knowledge economy further demands the matching knowledge of collaborative partners.Choosing suitable and competent partners is an important prerequisite for improving the performance of collaborative product innovation and ensuring the success of collaborative product innovation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to select competent and appropriate partners for collaborative product innovation teams to achieve efficient collaboration and win-win cooperation.Based on this,this paper proposes a knowledge-based collaboration perspective,and further considers the degree of knowledge matching and the overall benefits of collaborative innovation partner selection decision-making method.Firstly,a comprehensive index system is constructed which integrates three attributes: knowledge matching degree of individual partners,knowledge collaboration ability between partners and expected benefits of the alliance.Secondly,a multi-objective optimization model of partner selection based on the comprehensive index system is established,and the model is solved by Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms-II(NSGA-II).After that,the feasibility and practical application value of the partner selection method are verified by an example analysis.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.This paper reviews the current research status of evaluation indicators for partner selection.Based on the social network analysis method,the existing research literature is analyzed,and the set of alternative indicators for partner evaluation is extracted.Based on the analysis of the selection process of collaborative product innovation partners and the connotation and characteristics of collaborative product innovation,and the interviews with industry experts,the evaluation index system of collaborative product innovation partners considering knowledge matching degree,knowledge collaboration ability and overall expected revenue is finally established.2.For the three evaluation indicators of candidate partner's knowledge matching degree,knowledge collaboration ability and overall expected revenue,the corresponding quantitative methods are proposed.In order to comprehensively consider the three evaluation indicators,a multi-objective decision-making model for partner selection in collaborative product innovation team is further constructed,and a partner selection model solution method based on NSGA-II intelligent algorithm is proposed.3.Applying the above research results to the partner selection problem of a collaborative product innovation team of an enterprise,the feasibility and validity of the proposed method and model are verified and discussed by solving the partner selection problem of the collaborative product innovation team in practice,which provides decision-making basis and reference for selecting competent and suitable collaborative product innovation partners.
