As we all known, energy conservation and environmental protection are themost important parts in the21stcentury. Technology and innovation will makethem come true. The energy saving and new energy vehicles on strategic newindustry has been one of the national development strategy in China. It willeffectively help energy saving and new energy vehicle technology, talent, industryand so on the rapidly gather, through the demonstration expansion and clearingthe technical route. Small and mid-sized enterprise in achieving energyconservation and the development of new energy with the progress of science andtechnology has an important role. At present, to master the new energy vehicletechnology talent and industrial resources is strong demand, how to make thecompensation system, is now more competitive small and mid-sized enterprisefacing the main problem. So, research on the small and mid-sized enterpriseoptimal compensation system is very important.In this paper, we proposed to salary system design of optimization framework,specific content, implementation and guarantee measures, according to the salarysystem development present situation, on the summary of the existing salary systemon the basis of the characteristics, in the Hunan Corun New Energy Co.. Firstly,describes the compensation management theory. Secondly, studies the situation andexisting problems of salary management in the science and technology small andmedium—sized enterprise in China. Again, puts forward to optimize science andtechnology small and medium-sized enterprise guiding ideology of salary system andprinciple of design and the optimization design of the specific content. Finally,elaborates science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise salaryoptimization system implementation process and guarantee measures.In this paper, we studied the salary system structure of Hunan Corun NewEnergy Co. We introduced the job description, design salary system and discussedrelated details of the setting and guarantee measures.
