Human resource management is one of the main contents of enterprise management. Good human resource management will greatly enhance the company's core competitiveness, in recent years, with the increasingly fierce market competition, talents,as an important capital of enterprise operations, the cultivation and the use of which will affect the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, with the development of the market of talent management, the talent flow becomes more and more frequent, especially some labor-intensive enterprises, such as food enterprises, etc., the phenomenon of brain drain is serious. The brain drain, from the perspective of the social level, is an inevitable trend, the market economy needs it. However, from the perspective of enterprise, frequent brain drain has a negative impact on the development of the company. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze the causes of the loss of talents, to reduce the current company's brain drain rate and take effective measures.In this paper, Zhengzhou DJ Food Co., Ltd,, as the joint venture food production enterprises, the brain drain of which is the study object. It is one of the Ting International Group's subsidiary companies, as a talent intensive enterprises and middle-level management personnel and professional and technical personnel for the company's development appears especially important. Since the establishment of the company, due to the external factors, internal management factors and employee personal factors and other reasons, the phenomenon of brain drain every year is very important. In this paper, we focus on reducing the loss of company personnel, The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the background, purpose and significance, ideas and methods of the research and the main innovations and shortcomings of the research. The second part is the design of Zhengzhou DJ Food Co., Ltd brain drain survey, including the design and implementation of the survey plan, the analysis of the questionnaire results. The third part is the present situation and the reasons of the brain drain of Zhengzhou DJ Food Co., Ltd, the characteristics of the loss of talents, and the reasons for the loss of talents. The fourth part is the solution of the talent loss of Zhengzhou DJ Food Co., Ltd., from the aspects of compensation mechanism, incentive mechanism, talent management mechanism and so on. The fifth part is the conclusion of the study.This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview to investigate the causes of brain drain and satisfaction of employee.We analyze the cause from five aspects, that is the nature of enterprise, the system of compensation, the system of performance evaluation, and the mechanism of talent restriction. And then summarize the main factor of the company's brain drain. The paper puts forward some specific measures and suggestions from the aspects of the establishment of a competitive salary system, incentive mechanism and scientific talent management mechanism. I have carried on a more comprehensive analysis and research on the problem of brain drain of Zhengzhou DJ Food Co., Ltd., which has a certain practical significance and theoretical value for the Zhengzhou DJ Food Co., Ltd., in order to prevent the loss of talents in food industry.
