As one of the financial institutions,securities companies have great influence on the capital market,play a key role in the operation of enterprises.At present,a large number of international capital has entered the financial market of our country,especially in the turbulent environment of the stock market in recent years.Securities companies also realize that if they want to win the initiative of development,they need to build a suitable corporate governance structure and scientific organizational management framework,and the key is to form a reasonable incentive mechanism,so as to better retain and cultivate talents.From this point of view,the study of HT securities company's brain drain can better clarify the problems of compensation incentive and career promotion,which is of great practical significance for the future development of securities companies.Therefore,taking HT securities company as an example,this paper first summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars,and analyzes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.On this basis,this paper analyzes the talent status of HT securities company,including the basic introduction of HT securities company,the current talent structure and education level analysis of HT securities company,and introduces the talent incentive status of HT securities company from three aspects of salary and welfare,assessment mechanism and promotion system.At the same time,this paper analyzes the age ratio of brain drain and the position of HT securities company from two aspects The current situation of brain drain.Secondly,it analyzes the reasons and influence of HT securities company's brain drain,designs a questionnaire to investigate the reasons of HT securities company's brain drain,and analyzes the results of the survey,pointing out that HT securities company's brain drain is mainly due to several reasons,such as imperfect career training system,limited space for job promotion,lack of targeted salary and welfare,and insufficient cultural atmosphere of the company.The brain drain caused by these factors has affected the development of HT securities company in many aspects,including reducing the company's competitiveness,reducing the working atmosphere and enthusiasm,and triggering the chain reaction of employees' job hopping.Finally,in view of the investigation and analysis of the current situation and the impact of brain drain on HT securities company,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of brain drain,including the establishment of a perfect talent career planning system,the improvement of talent promotion system,the establishment of a perfect salary and welfare system and the establishment of a good corporate culture atmosphere.
