ALLDAY is a private company, which occupies an important position in the electromagnetic security industry. It had already successfully strategic restructure and being into the sequence of a-share listed companies, and the company getting the new development opportunity and developing at high speed. But because of the organization structure, management style and the composition of the staff are changing, the company's salary incentive model already can not adapt to the new development situation, and the company engaged in business development in the history and focuses on the operation data, so it failed to straighten the salary incentive management. Now the related problems have become very serious.Incentive system is the core of management system, and salary incentive is one of the most important incentive methods in the enterprise incentive system. Facing the situation that the company's performance is growing rapidly, more competitions and the lack of talent. So at present, the company's management focus on that whether we can set up a scientific and effective compensation and incentive management system to attract and retain talents. And fully motivate and mobilize enthusiasm to achieve the enterprise's target, and make the enterprise strategic strategy and human resource strategy closely combined.This thesis has sorted out the current situation of ALLDAY's compensation management system, and combines with the related theory of compensation and motivation. We analyze the problems existing in the company, and through the further explore of the causes of problems, we put forward the salary incentive guiding ideology that "talent is the key, the allocation is root, enterprise and employees win-win is the purpose". And we put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the multiple perspectives that strengthening the incentive strength, strengthen management and outstanding performance drivers. The final purpose is to help ALLDAY improving the compensation, incentive management status, enhancing the ability of performance and overall competitiveness to meet the demands of the rapid development.
