With the rapid development of the economy,major engineering projects play an important role in economic development due to their large scale,huge investment and far-reaching impact.However,with the increase in the number of major engineering projects in China,the social stability risk incidents caused by engineering construction have also increased,and have attracted the attention of the public and the government.The reasons for the formation of social stability risks of major engineering projects are difficult to determine accurately,the formation mechanism is difficult to be completely clarified,and the evolution and propagation paths are difficult to predict accurately.As a result,decision-making departments often lack timeliness and relevance to social stability risk assessment.Therefore,taking the major engineering projects as the main body and constructing the social stability risk assessment model based on the risk-related perspective can not only clarify the social stability risk evolution and propagation path,but also effectively solve the mutual impact of systemic risks and improve the project social stability risk assessment.accuracy.The research is divided into four parts: The first part analyzes the factors of social stability risk,and combines literature analysis and case analysis to identify six categories of 28 social stability risk factors and construct a social stability risk indicator system for major engineering projects.In the second part,a multi-level hierarchical model of social stability risk relationship based on Fuzzy-ISM is constructed to explore the relationship between social stability risk factors,analyze the ways of risk occurrence and propagation,and use cross-impact matrix multiplication method to factor The relationship between the two is quantified,and the comprehensive driving force andcomprehensive dependence of each factor are calculated,so as to visually see the relationship between the risk factors and the mutual influence of the social stability risks.In the third part,the initial weights obtained by the comprehensive influence matrix combined with the ANP method are calculated by the DEMATEL method,and the mixed weights under the perspective of risk correlation are obtained.The importance and relationship of the indicators are comprehensively considered,and then a cloud-based social stability risk assessment is developed.The model transforms the expert's qualitative evaluation into a cloud model by using the inverse cloud generator to avoid the ambiguity and randomness of the subjective evaluation.The cloud model is finally calculated to obtain the social stability risk assessment cloud model.In the fourth part,the social stability risk assessment of the Doumen Reservoir project in Xixian New District of Shaanxi Province is carried out,and it is concluded that the social stability risk of the project is a lower risk.Finally,from the perspective of project overall risk assessment and mixed weights,the countermeasures for risk management of the project are proposed.This paper provides a social stability risk assessment index system for major engineering projects.Based on the fuzzy-ISM method to construct a social stability risk relationship model,a hybrid weight determination method based on DEMATEL and ANP is constructed to build a cloud-based risk perspective.The model of social stability risk assessment model,in order to provide a more scientific and reasonable solution for social stability risk assessment.
