The Research Of Promoting Hefei's Housing Industrialization

In recent years, there has been a strong momentum of development in housing industry in Hefei.However, the vast majority of housing construction is still using the traditional mode of construction,which has many shortcomings and can not meet the development requirements of the times. To achieve sustainable development of Hefei, we must change the traditional way of residential construction and carry out the housing industrialization which has a lot of advantages such as energy conservation and environmental protection.The paper firstly introduces the concept and the connotation of the housing industrialization, points out that its meaning is mainly reflected in the residential system standardization,residential parts,residential industrial production, housing production and management integration,housing collaboration of social services and so five aspects, and clears the housing industrialization has many advantages such as saving energy, reducing costs, improving quality, shortening the construction period by comparing the differences between the industrial construction methods with the traditional construction methods,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of developing housing industrialization in current situation, pointing out that Hefei should conform to the trend of the times, vigorously develop the housing industrialization. Secondly, the paper establishes the evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of urban housing industrialization and the level of housing industrialization in Hefei has been evaluated by the model. The results show that the level of housing industrialization in Hefei at present is moderate and there is an analysis on the results.At the same time, there is an analysis about the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of housing industrialization of Hefei, which applies the SWOT analysis and points out that although there are some disadvantages and challenges, but the advantages are more obvious,opportunities are more prominent and there is a good prospect for the housing industrialization in Hefei. Finally, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and SWOT analysis, there are some countermeasures and suggestions to promote housing industrialization in Hefei such as perfecting standard system, increasing the number of industrial projects,encouraging the development of related businesses,fostering market entities,strengthening publicity,training personnel and other aspects.
