Study On The Operating Mechanism And Evaluation Of Development Level Of China’s Housing Industry

ABSTRACT:At present, with the continuous development of social economy, the housing industry has become a new growth point of the economic and hot spots of consumer, and accompanied by the accelerating process of urbanization, a large number of housing demand provided a good opportunities for the development of the housing industry. In addition, the residential construction concept of low-carbon, environment project and sustainable promoted by housing industry, has been widely accepted, and provided development ideas for the transformation of economic development mode and the transformation and upgrading of the housing industry.This article introduced theories of China’s housing industry through the related concepts and connotation of housing industry, illustrated the framework and factors of China’s housing industry, on this basis, the paper expounded the operating mechanisms of China’s housing industry by the numbers, including policy support mechanisms, financial support mechanisms, market competition mechanism, technology innovation mechanism, and explained the operating mechanism and impact of the operational of the housing industry, provide a theoretical basis for the research of the level of development of the housing industry.Based on the analyzes and summarizes of the previous research findings and the opinion of the experts, the paper established the index system of development evaluation of China’s housing industry according to the extermination indicators constructing principles and building ideas, and determined the index weight and targeted value through the issuance of questionnaires, used the center of the triangle whitening weight function make gray evaluation for China’s housing industry development level, by the analysis of evaluating the results, proposed three policy recommendations to improve the development of housing industry, promoted the development of the housing industry through the construction of affordable housing, established a development model of government-led and business-oriented, improved the integration technology of house production, enhanced the design level of housing industry, in order to improve the problems exist in residential products, residential industrial production, industrial management, and enhancing the level of development of the housing industry.
