Research On Working Capital Management Of C Company Based On Channel Management

The current society is in a rapid development of the information age,due to the diversification of the market,and enterprises are facing more and more opportunities and challenges,coming with a lot of hidden risks.More and more cases because of working capital mismanagement led to the emergence of enterprise bankruptcy,which attracted the attention of the enterprise financial management personnel.Therefore,if an enterprise has the working capital management system,it seems to be an athlete has a fresh and healthy blood,that can provide him everfount dynamic support.But the working capital is available from a variety of sources,rapid turnover,numerical instability,physical characteristics such as easy realization,it will undoubtedly increase the difficulty of working capital management.The importance of many small and medium-sized enterprises on operating funds can not be known in place,the relevant personnel management level is also very limited,mostly staying in a single working capital project management,that main project management is accounts receivable and inventory,and there is no connection between the various projects which is in a relatively isolated state.It greatly limits the further development of enterprises,at the same time,it also brings some unpredictable risks.This article integrates channel management ideas into working capital management,breaking through the bondage of the traditional original working capital management,standing in the pattern of the higher view of the corporate working capital management.This paper adopts the method combining the theoretical analysis and case study,based on the C of small and medium-sized enterprise of manufacturing industry case study,and it also analyses and researches of the working capital in depth.The article firstly introduces the definition of working capital and traditional way of working capital management,and concludes the limitations of traditional management way,then introduces the channel management thoughts as the theoretical basis.From the methods based on channel management of working capital management,this paper respectively conducts a comprehensive systematic research and evaluation from procurement channel,production channel,distribution channel and financial activities of management on the current status of the C company's working capital management to discover the C company at present problems existing in the management of working capital,and solve these problems.Based on channel ideas from optimization of channel structure,improving the angle of channel relationship and improving the efficiency of channels,it optimizes the working capital management system for C company and puts forward some suggestions,for C company as well as other similar enterprises to solve the problems of working capital management providing the reference.
