Research On The Built-in Industrialization Of SI Housing System

The construction industry has many problems in our country, such as low level of industrialization, low construction engineering quality, huge energy and resource consumption during construction, serious environmental pollution, short building life and so on. Traditional construction mode still occupies a dominant position. With the development of the society progress, the sustainable development of the construction industry has important influence on social development. Our country since 1999 began to promote the concept of housing industrialization, but as a result of the basic research work value degree of residential industrialization is not high, new technology and new product research and development process is obviously lagging, hindering the development of SI residential system. Housing industrialization in our country is still in the primary stage, the technical standards is not comprehensive, interface coordination is lack between the components, lack of corresponding national standards and laws and other issues. In order to promote the development of SI residential system, this paper uses the infill of SI residential system as a breakthrough point, researching technical solutions of component design and integration, to adapt to the standardization and industrialization of production and installation, and exploring the built-in industrial organization pattern and operation process, systemic analysis within industrialized existing problems and development countermeasures, the main research content is as follows:(1) Research on development situation of SI residential system and built-in industrialization at home and abroad. It discusses the relevant theories of the SI housing system, summarizes the characteristics, the advanced nature, significance and development block, characterizes structural system of the built-in industrialization, clears about the built-in industrial advantage than traditional decoration;(2) Research on the standardization design of infill component. First, it introduces infill system of SI residential and modular coordination system, and then studies the requirements of standardization and diversification design, finally with integral kitchen and integrated bathroom as examples, clarifies its standardization design points and design requirements;(3) Research on integrated technology of infill components. First it introduces installation location method—center positioning method and interface positioning method, and studies fabricated construction process, installation method and interface technology of components. Finally the integral kitchen and toilet as examples, studies the construction technology, interface technology and integrated pipeline layout.(4) Research on the organization form suitable for built-in industrialization. It introduces organization process and operation process of the participants, and analyzes from the design stage, production assembly stage, repair and maintenance stage.(5) Research on the existing problems of built-in industrialization of SI housing system, including housing industry environment, policy guidance and laws and regulations, residential component system, scientific research and personnel quality four aspects. It puts forward the way to the development of the built-in industrialization, through policy support, perfecting laws and regulations, increasing investment in science and technology, advocating the combination of production and research, promoting the demonstration project the formation of industrial group and other aspects, to promote the development of built-in industrialization.
