Study On The Investment Environment Of Modern Service Industry In Jinan City

Modern services in the major developed countries is becoming an important engine of economic growth is sustained and rapid development of the modern economy the main source for its prosperity has become an important indicator of economic modernization. And the development of modern service industry in China is obviously lagging behind. Speeding up the development of modern service industries, is a sustained, rapid and healthy development of the important security , is to improve the international competitiveness of the national economy and the overall quality of the effective measures ,is to ease the pressure on employment is the primary means of improving the people's standard of living is also an urgent need. At present, China's "11th Five-Year" plan clearly put forward the development of the modern service industry, the essence is that from a manufacturing-led economic development model, was changed to the modern service industry to promote economic development model. Therefore, the study on the development of modern service industry is imminent, especially targeted to improve the investment environment. Therefore this paper about the study on the investment environment of modern service industry in Jinan has far-reaching practical significance.This paper is composed of five parts.The first part is Introduction.This part summarizes the significance and the meaning of the study, the methods of the study, and the domestic and international research status of the study.The second part is summarized the study theory of the investment environment of modern service. In this part,this paper defined the modern service industry and the investment environment concept and briefly descriped the basic theory and research methods of the investment environment of modern service.The third part is the elemental analysis of the investment environment of modern service in Jinan City.This paper made a qualitative analysis from the location and natural conditions, infrastructure and traffic conditions, economic and social infrastructure, education and science and technology, government policy environment on the status of the five elements of the investment environment of modern service industry in Jinan City.The fourth part is the comprehensive evaluation on the investment environment of modern service in Jinan City. Based on the investment environment research methods and principles for the modern characteristics of the investment environment in the service industry, established the evaluation index system of the investment environment of modern service in Jinan City .And horizontal comparised with the other fourteen deputy provincial cities , this paper pointed out that the current characteristics and the problems that exist of the investment environment of modern service in Jinan City.The fifth part is the optimised measures and countermeasures of the investment environment of modern service in Jinan City. Based on the fourth part of the evaluation results, the current combination of the actual situation in Jinan City, this paper advanced seven optimization measures and countermeasures.Those are the acceleration of industrial development, and expanding the use of foreign investment and speeding up the process of urbanization, strengthening information platform construction, strengthening the brand and talents construction, and creating a development of "soft" environment.
