Research On The Upgrading Strategy Of Xing-cheng Swimsuit Industrial Cluster

Currently,the research of domestic industry cluster,especially the theory and strategy based on the clothing industrial cluster,mainly concentrated in the research of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta region.However,the research of clothing light industrial cluster in the northeast heavy industrial area is not much.This paper selects the research of Xing-cheng swimwear industry in Liaoning Province,the cluster is in the massive economic form in the county economy environment,the prospect of the development situation and scale is very broad,especially the rapid development of ecommerce in the swimwear industry has become a important part.Xing-cheng swimsuit industry is currently in a critical period of transition,the accumulation of quantity has begun to take shape,it is in the transformation to improve the internal quality of economic operation direction.Intensive,brand,and external will become the important characteristics of the future development direction.This article mainly from the five aspects,through the analysis of Xing-cheng swimwear industry by horizontal and vertical paths.Firstly,this article selected two typical industrial cluster case,with the horizontal contrast of Xingcheng swimwear industry in the aspects of industry overview and competitiveness;Secondly,introduces the development status of Xing-cheng swimwear industry,combed and analyzed the development status of swimsuit industry at various stages(industry initial stage,rapid growth stage,expansion stage),and introduces the modes and characteristics of Xing-cheng swimsuit industry;Thirdly,researched on the Xing-cheng swimwear industry in the aspects of the market demand,cost the advantage and government policy,and through the analysis of the competitiveness in the aspect of the products and enterprise of Xing-cheng swimsuit cluster,trying to find out the problems existing in the development of Xing-cheng swimsuit industry cluster;Fourth,analyzed the influencing factors of the upgrading of Xing-cheng swimsuit cluster,from three aspects of innovation network,cluster brand and extraversion these three factors jointly promote the interaction of Xing-cheng swimsuit cluster industry,and due to the actual conditions,the industry from the cluster enterprises,government and industry association three angles is putting forward.Finally,built the interactive application system based on industrial innovation angel.To break the existing cluster of path dependence;attract and retain talents,accelerate talents converging,improve enterprise competitiveness and influence.Enhance the industry exchanges,promote industry development,and ultimately help cluster upgrading.The results of the study can provide certain reference for the upgrading of other industrial cluster in the province.
