Research On The Agricultural Adjustment And Optimization Of Urumqi-Changji Stone City Group

The adjustment of the internal structure of agriculture to make it more reasonable and more coordinated is not only the inner requirement of promoting the all-round development of rural economy, but also the main way to optimal allocation of production resources, stimulate the vitality of the market, promote the agriculture and rural economy healthy operation.Urumqi-Changji stone city group is the national key support of regional urban agglomeration, the“Silk Road Economic Zone” on the nodes of urban agglomeration and the major initiatives of the country to optimize the layout of the development of the region, optimize the social productivity spatial structure, cultivating the northern slope of the new economic growth pole of Tianshan economic belt, forming a new economic development mode. This topic based on the endowment of agricultural resources and the status quo of Urumqi-Changji stone city group, choosing the suitable mathematical model to analyze the urban agglomeration of the internal structure of agriculture. Analysis the existing problems and put forward the optimization ideas of adjustment,it has important implications for the development of agriculture in many Chinese cities that are experiencing or will have to go through this process.First of all, this thesis on the basis of the related concepts and theoretical research of the internal structure of agriculture in the system to introduces the development status of agricultural internal departments in the stone city of Urumqi-Changji. Secondly, using the mathematical model to measure the internal structure of urban agglomeration and the existing problems are discussed.The results show that: the urban agglomeration internal agricultural departments development is not balanced, the degree of specialization of production is low, poor core urban radiation, "economic leaders" pattern, affecting urban agglomeration overall economic optimization of outstanding problems. Finally, according to the principle which should be followed in the urban agglomeration in the adjustment of the internal structure of agriculture and the related ideas are put forward for the adjustment of agricultural structure in the urban agglomeration targeted from the agricultural production space layout, urban agglomeration construction, agricultural science and technology achievement promotion system construction and so on. The conclusion of this paper is: In the process of adjustment of the internal structure of agriculture of Urumqi-Changji stone city group should be based on water resources ecological carrying capacity and make the strong industry relevance, suitable for the development of the cluster, resource support ability strong, the production department and the agricultural product which are small to the environment pollution and the gross output value of Agriculture as the focus of the development to develop characteristic agriculture. At the same time, by breaking the administrative barriers, measures to reinforce the development of organic integration within the urban agglomeration, promote the steady development of the agricultural economic health of urban agglomeration.
