Rural tourism as a new industry in rural areas, can effectively promote the development of rural economy, and promote rural residents to get rid of poverty from tourism development. Changji rural tourism resources are rich and it has a unique location advantage. In recent years, through the increasing support of policies and funds, the rural tourism projects of Changji City continue to upgrade and transform the development model of diversification, the development of the scale of expanding. Rural tourism oriented consumption subject to the surrounding urban population. Through the investigation of the consumer's willingness to travel and analysis of its impact factors to provide reference for the development of rural tourism in Changji City, which has strong practical value and practical significance.The paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the rural tourism of changji city. There are 286 people had a statistical analysis using the Logistic analysis method about willingness of travel of Changji City, Urumqi city and Wujiaqu City. The main conclusions are: The choice will of Changji rural tourism is 69.2% of the tourists are willing to travel to Changji city rural area; The significant factors that affect the rural tourism intentions are: education level, disposable income, travel frequency, tourism experience, preferential measures, natural scenery, public order status, national culture, activity arrangement. The influence of individual ethnic characteristics and residence characteristics on tourism intention is not significant; In the tourism products, tourists prefer leisure resort for the purpose to the fruit and vegetable picking, water entertainment, pastoral watch, feel the national diet song and dance, live farmhouse courtyard, perfect service in the small and medium tourism; In the promotion of tourism, tourists prefer the introduction of making friends, content, including the scenery, lower cost, preferential measures to promote the travel.Based on the questionnaire survey and the related statistical analysis, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the publicity and market. Seize the opportunity with rational development and give the advantage planning of rural tourism and to meet the challenges to strengthen the construction of infrastructure, in order to promote the development of rural tourism in Changji city.
