Since the 21st Century, with the rapid development of economic globalization, supply chain marketplace environment has undergone significant changes. The market demand and environment of competition vary from minute to minute, the shortening of product life cycle, customer demand for more and more diversification and individuation, having brought forward higher reputes to the enterprise on how to how to integrate resources, rapid response to market demand and changes. Under the circumstances, Competition no longer occurs in a single node between enterprises, but in the whole supply chain. Therefore a good supply chain strategic alliance is one of the core competitiveness of key. Supply chain collaborative operation has a rapid response to market, low cost, flexible advanced advantage. However, the operation of the supply chain in a complex market environment, the enterprise is numerous, each node enterprise business process, values differences, and the supply chain complexity of business process, business links, the supply chain in the collaborative operation exists great risk; at the same time, node enterprises between the supply chain interact between members, the mutual distrust of node enterprises in the supply chain will produce great harm to the supply chain; restrict the improvement of the supply chain synergistic benefits. Accordingly, the research on supply chain coordination risk management has important significance.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the supply chain collaborative risk management theory and domestic and international research, this paper discussed the process of risk management of supply chain collaboration. This paper firstly analyzed the risk environment of supply chain collaboration, and analyzed the sources of supply chain collaboration risk, to analysis to identify risk factors and sources of supply chain collaboration process; Secondly the paper built the supply chain collaborative risk assessment index system according to the results of the identification of supply chain collaboration risk, and used trapezoidal fuzzy number similarity to build evaluation model for collaborative risk evaluation; At last, this paper proposed some strategies and suggestions related to supply chain collaboration risk control and management, hoping to provide certain ideas and references for efficient supply chain collaboration and reducing synergistic risks.
