Research On The Problem Of The Family Farm In China

China is a large agricultural country,and the development of agriculture is related to the economic and social development of the whole country.After the reform and opening up in 1978,the household contract responsibility system has been implemented in China's rural,and on this basis,the formation of a rural family-based business combines unified and separated two-tier management system.Because of the reform and innovation of rural management system,the productivity in the countryside has been further emancipated and developed,and mobilized the broad masses of farmers' enthusiasm for production.With the development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the level of industrialization and urbanization,the shortage of agricultural family management is gradually exposed,and the decentralized production and operation of family has affected the development of modern agriculture.Therefore,it is imperative to further innovate the agricultural management system.Some guidance about the innovation of agricultural management system and the encouraging of the development of the family farms were proposed in the central file in 2013,and caused the widespread concern of the whole society.As a new type of agricultural business entities,the family farm is an embodiment of the innovation of the agricultural management system in our country.In order to explore the family farm beneficial development effective way,the basic connotation of Chinese family farm,the main characteristics,the historical development and the present situation were deeply analyzed in this paper based on existing practical and theoretical results.The basic logic of this article is:The introduction mainly summarizes the background and significance of the research on the problem of family farm in China,and summarizes the relevant literature,points out the ideas and methods of this study and the innovation points.The first part mainly expounds the problems of family farms as the theoretical basis,including the exposition of Marxist view on the issue of agriculture,agricultural production organization and the main points of view about the land property right.The third part mainly expounds the generation of the family farm,analyzes the social and historical conditions and the development process of the family farm.The fourth part analyzes the current situation of the family farm,and summarizes the problems and causes of the development of the family farm.The fifth part mainly discusses the development ideas of family farm.It is deeply described in this paper on the problems existing on the development of family farms,and the main ideas to promote the development of the family farm was put forward including: adhere to the direction of socialist development of family farms,to strengthen the management of the Communist Party of China and the government on the family farm,to improve their management of the family farm,and so on.
