In recent years, the cost of human resource is always in a high level, which was affected by the economic crisis. The profit of manufacturing industry of China decreases gradually. For the electronics industry, only to ensure the quality of products and improve the responsiveness can become the supplier of large enterprises and make profit at the same time, under the background of mature technology and severe homogenization. As a part of this enterprise, A handset connectors company also faces some challenges. In order to compete with the same enterprise, A company should not only ensure the quality of the product but also response rapidly to form a price advantage. To achieve those aims, we must optimize the R & D and the flow of manufacture. Until now, many businesses are considerate to improve their competitive ability. But for the research of 6 Sigma, it can be found few data both at home and abroad, especially for the development of new products. How to combine the enterprises, business with product characteristics, then applying those characteristics into the design of 6 Sigma are enterprises' requirements. In the meanwhile, it's necessary to guarantee the rationality of work flow.Connector was produced in the mechanized troops to connect circuit during the Second World War. With the rapid development of the electronic products, such as TV, telephone and so on. The connector gradually turned to the computer and other industries. Many electronic products entered China market after China's reform and opening up, and a number of businessmen started to invest electronic products in the mainland market. Connector went in prosperous, as a result of the rise of the personal computer industry. Many famous enterprises (such as JST, SMT, etc.) originated in that period time. In addition, lots of foreign manufactures also invested in China mainland. After 1990s, many connector factories, including AMP, MOLEX and other famous international manufactures, transferred their production bases to the mainland due to the foreign capital policy and incentive measures that China government formulated. Since then, China's connector production industry increased rapidly with constantly increasing yield and expanding scale, which provided solutions for each industry all over the world.Mobile devices play an important role in electric products. Mobile phone is also of the most varieties in the highest penetration among all electronic products. Connector is an integral part for mobile phone. Each mobile phone averages eight connectors. The output of mobile phone is increasing annually and maintaining the growth rate of 8% for years. In 2015, there will have 2.2 billion mobile phones produced. Considering the current market, what all enterprise should do is to find suitable business development strategy.This essay is the point of view of the quality management. Take A enterprise as a case to elaborate, this essay emphasizes on quality improvement of production site management on five aspects:people, machine, material, method and environment, by using a variety of theories such as total quality management, Poka Yoke plates stay mistake proofing, and six Sigma theory etc. After the improvement, it should achieve the following targets:no defectives in production line, stable process, test in place, timely response, and maximization of the efficiency of product inspection, active staff and product quality assurance. Therefore, this paper will study A enterprise, analyzing the existing problems of the enterprise and putting forward the solution. Of course, these three parts (production, inspection and production line employees) are indispensable. so improving these three aspects is also the facing task of the enterprise.For manufacturing enterprises, in order to maintain the quality of product, the most important is to control the production site. The product came out from production site, which means that the quality of product is related to the production line closely. In order to improve the quality of the product, it is fundamental to control the production site in a good shape. The best to control the process of production is to supervise pre- production combined with production tail well. Before the production, it need to be prevented, and after the production it need to be checked. Those steps are crucial. So, as long as all the products a site created are qualified, all the outputs are qualified. The quality of products could be guaranteed, so the enterprises can achieve the goal as well, eventually products will win in the competition. Every enterprise wants to own an excellent production environment, a smooth operation flow, an exact test, and the operation staff be familiar with technology. This paper is aim to how to obtain those target and make one research base on the Hongteng technology group company. The paper explored the problems came out during the process of research and production. Among them, the most important problem is it costs new product a long time to development and after development one product lack the certain competitiveness. So, companies want to change the status, therefore, they introduced the Lean Development Management System in 2010. However, this management system also has some problems in the process of using. Such as how to make sure the industry and products combined well, how to be more valuable to contribute to the enterprise. This is a problem that all the user of this management system are facing. The paper discussed how to improve the Hongteng technology group company for man, machine, material, method, environment improvement, and how to optimize the production line without the cost of human and equipment. In the end the enterprise quality is improved in a certain level.
