Due to the difficulty and complexity of the large-scale construction project, it requires the project team with a higher level of construction, and makes team's knowledge learning more efficient. With the completion of the project tasks, the project team will be disbanded,however, when the next project tasks appears, a majority of the members of the previous project team will enter into the new project team. Nevertheless, the new project will obviously more efficient and complicated at team knowledge learning than previous. Thus, it is necessary to have a thorough research for the knowledge learning process of re-new project team of large-scale construction project team which disbanded.Firstly, this thesis defined the implication of re-establishment of large-scale construction projects which is after the team is disbanded and analysis the delays value, aftereffect attributes and transplant function of knowledge relearning. It analyzed the correlation of knowledge learning between the team and new team from the "SECI" model and the study curve. Secondly, analyzed the four learning process of the new team: knowledge acquisition,knowledge transfer, knowledge innovation and knowledge application, to build a structural equation model of the influencing factors of knowledge learning process with large-scale construction project team after the old be disbanded. Solved, analyzed the structural equations and optimizing the influencing factors, though issuing questionnaires. In addition, built the Causal Loop Diagram and Flow Diagram of System Dynamics with the knowledge learning process of relearn upon dissolution of a project team, combed the relationship and mutual influence direction between variables, using VENSIM PLE software for simulation and policy simulation, and analyzed the simulation results. Finally, proposed the suggestions and measures to improve the learning effect of relearning.This thesis studied relearning knowledge learning process combined knowledge learning and System Dynamics theory, which is contributed to the analysis of the relearning mechanism of the re-new project team with large-scale construction project team disbanded,and expanded the research field of knowledge management and had a certain reference effecton the knowledge learning of large-scale construction project team.
