Need for social and economic development put forward higher requirements aboutconstruction scale and content for highway construction projects,the difficulty of itsconstruction and the complexity requireas the project team with the higher level of thebuilding. The highway tenders team as a polymerization team that composed of professionalteams, it is the main body of the highway construction team, the evolution morphological ofknowledge learning of the team and their mastery of the knowledge learning process arecrucial,so it is an important manifestation of the level of team building. However, themembership structure of tenders team relative to the corporateteam is more complex, teamknowledge learning affected by many factors, the various factors have different degree ofinfluence, the impact path diversity. Therefore, conduct research on knowledge learning andits influencing factors of highway tenders team becomes particularly importantThe paper first defines the meaning of the highway tenders team, combined with thefeature of its team to analyze the characteristics of team knowledge learning, and startingfrom the process of knowledge learning on the highway tenders team,researching theevolution of morphological of knowledge learning and two modes that composed by itsprogressive,reconstructed form.. In this paper, by using the method of grounded theory,through three key program composed by open coding, relevance coding, selective coding, toextract the factors that affect the knowledge learning of tenders team, including four aspectsthat composed by the learning ability on the body of knowledge, the incentives of knowledgelearning, pathways of knowledge learning and the environment for knowledge learning,analysis of the effect on the process of knowledge learning in the tenders team for the fourfactors. Established the index system of the analysis on path parameter about influencingfactors of knowledge learning on the tenders team, the questionnaire used to collect modeldata is designed, building the structural equation modeling on influencing factors ofknowledge learning for the tenders team, and conducted confirmatory factor analysis andmodel simulation. Combined with the use of the case, obtained the relationship between thepath and the path parameters on influencing factors of knowledge learning for the tendersteam through confirmatory factor analysis and the steps of model estimation and evaluation.Countermeasures and suggestions are given to promote the knowledge learning of the tendersteam for the analysis of the results of the path parameter. This study combined the learning process of knowledge and the evolution of knowledge,the influencing factors on knowledge learning of tenders team for highway were refined, andanalysis its path parameters through the use of structural equation model, expand the researchperspective of knowledge learning on project team, this paper provide some reference inimprovement the effect of knowledge and give impetus to the evolutionary process ofknowledge learning on the highway tenders team and other project team.
