The construction industry as a labor-intensive industry occupies a pivotal position in the urban and rural construction and development of the national economy. Workers in the construction industry bear the bitter, dirty, difficult, heavy work, and make a great contribution for our economic prosperity and urban modernization. However, in recent years, the non-standard construction labor subcontracting and employment brought many problems and obstacles to the professional road, such as wage arrears, none labor contracts, incomplete coverage of social insurance, low participation of vocational skills training, these problems seriously disrupt the order of construction labor market, and cast a shadow for the road of labor workers and occupational. Therefore, How to stage part semi-agricultural labor workforce into a professional industrial workers, has important practical significance to promote our country's construction industry change from the non-formal employment patterns to informal employment. Regulating the method of construction labor employment, accelerating the development of construction labor market, study labor professional factors and exploring countermeasures to solve these problems in-depth is a major research topic.Papers brings forward the labor occupational problem from the background of the topic, then describes the purpose and significance of our country's professional research, and points the difficulties and ideas at the same time. Based on the labor workers and the survey of labor workers in Jiangsu Province, according to the results of questionnaire survey of the research group and the field research of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, the construction situation and the features of informal employment are summarized. This article reflects a series of problems existing on the road of labor professionalization in our country's construction industry, such as the low signing rate of labor contract, the serious phenomenon of wage arrears, and the low coverage of social insurance.Subsequently, the paper uses economic theory, from the points of cost-benefit point, supply and demand, trading mechanism, analyzes the labor occupation of formation mechanism. And then elaborate theoretical framework of professional development from the macro and the micro levelAnd with the statistical analysis software based on the survey results, the factors that may affect the normalization willingness of construction migrant workers are analyzed by Logistic regression and structural equation models. And the relation between the dimensions and influencing factors are also analyzed.The informal employment of construction is a systemic problem, which requires the participants of the construction to join together to solve. According to the analysis of the formation mechanism and factors of construction informal employment, professional ways are analyzed from three aspects of the target path, development path and supporting policies. The key of solving the problem of professional services is to develop the guiding role of government and labor market. For four specific objectives of professional services, including the organized employment, contractual labor relationship, normative behaviors and full-time employment, the paper proposes some matching policies and systems, to solve the problems of labor professionalism.
