| First of all, this article The construction industry labor employment situation and the basic situationof Tianjin, through the study of literature and on the basis of existing research results, definite theconcept of rural migrant workers in construction industry, analysis the characteristics of this group, lay afoundation to how to reduce the enterprise construction migrant workers employment liquidity.After clear the characteristics of migrant workers, this article then analysis the reason of migrantworkers liquidity, and then build relevant incentive model. Through the questionnaire and descriptiveanalysis of the collected data, factor analysis, reliability analysis and variance analysis. Found theincentives factors of construction workers including remuneration for work factor, workfare factors,work environment factors, living environment factors, social environment factors, workplace trainingand work tasks factors. And further explore the different gender, age, marital status, level of education,the proportion of wage income, monthly salary and number of times the construction of rural migrantworkers to change jobs demand for motivating factors. On this basis, according to our country’s presentsystem and relevant incentive theory provides some constructive opinions and Suggestions, in order toeffectively motivate construction migrant workers, to ensure the stability of construction workers. |
