With the advancement of national strategy, “One Belt And One Road” will become a new point of economy in our country, and mainly used in water supply,power supply, roads and other infrastructure construction of the PPP model is gradually opening, the construction industry's labor demand will continue to increase in the future.But in recent years, the countryside surplus labor force output decline year by year, It will be a huge challenge for the construction due to the producer can't transfer. Beside due to the continuous development of time, the new generation of migrant workers(migrant workers who born after 1980) will soon become the main force of construction labor market construction.In the “13th Five-year Plan” explicitly pointed out that to promote employment, adhere to the employment priority strategy,implementation of the new generation peasant workers' professional skills upgrading plan, improve the treatment of skilled workers, improve the title evaluation system,etc.. It will play a role of the directional guidance to solve the problem of new generation migrant workers obtain employment. This paper hopes to afford the higher,faster and steady stream of power to construction according study the characteristics existing problems of the new generation construction migrant workers.First, by using the method of questionnaire and case interview to Guangzhou city construction of the new generation migrant workers and construction enterprises to carry out research.Survey of migrant workers mainly include skills, to live and work time, income, etc.;Survey of construction enterprise is mainly including enterprises lack of employment situation, degree of difficulty to hire and employ the type of migrant workers and so on.At the present situation of the new generation of farmers and building enterprise based on the analysis of the employment demand, through use relevant theoretical principle to measure the construction scale of the future requirement of new generation migrant workers.Then, studying on the bargaining game theory,and analysis the three parties in the process of the construction of employment bargaining game model.Involved in the process of game, three main parties: representative on behalf of the governmentdepartments, construction enterprises, construction industry representatives of new generation of migrant workers, assuming that they are all the rational economic man in real society, not only to pursue their interests, but also will work together to maximize the overall interest of the society.Through the employment process analysis,the game will provide a reference for promoting the sustainable development of construction industry labor supply.Finally, after analysis of the three major participants in the bargaining game, this paper will stand on a different participants of construction under the perspective of new generation migrant workers employment countermeasures were studied. Due to the more new generation migrant workers pay more attention to the comfort of the working environment, the government should make efforts to improve the employment environment; Construction enterprises should make great efforts to strengthen the management of the new generation of migrant workers, let their common pursuit of the continuous development of the enterprise; The new generation of construction migrant workers should learn from set out actually, and have the correct view to know themselves.
