Researcher On Product Quality Management Of X Auto Parts Company Based On PDCA Cycle Method

Quality is the life of enterprise, while the car quality is related to people's lives and property safety. Now, the car has become a way of life, for the car companies, using the theories and methods of modern quality management, and improving the quality management level, is not only conducive to expand the market space and the sustained development, but also to promote the upgrading of consumption to meet people's pursuit of high quality.From the domestic and foreign quality management theory research and application, this article find the advanced concepts and methods of modern quality management; then select the X auto parts company as the research object, fixed the position to the quality management problems based on the status of the company's quality management system, and analyzes the reasons, assess the extent of impact on these quality management problems by the combination of qualitative and quantitative; in the end, optimal design quality management system of the X auto parts company by PDCA method.In the case study of X auto parts company can be seen, in the beginning, this company's quality management system is not continuous suitable, quality management is extensive, product quality is constantly being returned and complaints, after investigation and analysis, the quality management of X auto parts company has low customer satisfaction, ineffective practice of quality target, quality management documents and procedures confusion, loss of management responsibility, production risk control problems. The main causes of these problems are as follows:5 aspects of quality management organizational structure, personnel factors, mechanical equipment factors, material factors and environmental factors, a total of 20 sub factors. Whereas the interrelationships between these factors, and the influence degree of different, through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) evaluation method, the harmfulness of these quality problems is "general", the probability of occurrence is "possible", and the adverse effect to the company is "high". Next, this paper using the PDCA theory of quality management, system design and process optimize aim at the quality management system of X auto parts company, so the improvement of the quality management system has an important role to X auto parts company's quality enhancement.After the case study of this paper, concluded that from the perspective of company's quality management, PDCA method can take a very significant effect, can rise the company's quality management to a new level, so as to ensure product quality improvement. At the same time, through the research of this paper, it also provides some theoretical references and methods experiences for the automobile parts manufacturing industry and other industries to improve the quality management level and optimize the quality system construction.
