With the reform and opening up, the market economy has been developing and improving, the private enterprises in China have gradually grown up. In the fierce market competition, enterprises must not only strengthen the investment in the hardware facilities, but also to invest in the software facilities, corporate culture is the core values of the enterprise, Enterprise culture only has the staff approval and the social public recognition, can play its cohesive force, supports the implementation of the enterprise other management activities,and has the long-term development in the market economy.At present, the research on the cultural identity of the private enterprise is still relatively small, the enterprise management is insufficient, the enterprise culture construction becomes a mere formality, it is difficult to fall into the ground and so on.This paper's purpose is to create a good cultural atmosphere at the internal,modernization and inter nationalization the management system,improve the enthusiasm of employees.Establish the integrity of the external culture, bear social responsibility, not only to be recognized by consumers and the public, further enhance the market competitiveness of private enterprise, promote economic development, enhance national strength.This paper studies from the perspective of the cultural identity of the private enterprise,including two aspects:employee identification and social identification.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents and theories,a questionnaire survey and case analysis are carried out.Survey data and related cases show that the problems of private enterprise cultural identity includes: private enterprise leader management needs to be further perfect, humanistic care and the work environment of the enterprise employees condition is not satisfied; Private enterprise social responsibility and integrity awareness there is insufficient, lead to recognition of the general public to the private enterprise is not high. To alleviate these problems we need to promote private enterprise cultural identity. To this, in this paper, the ascension path of cultural identity of private enterprise to carry on the preliminary exploration, including: business leaders set an example, the private enterprise culture construction of employees' subject consciousness,create a good working atmosphere, strengthen enterprise honesty and social responsibility consciousness, so as to create good corporate image.
