The construction of enterprise culture deeply affects the development of the enterprise.Whether the employee identifies with the enterprise culture determines the success or failure of the enterprise culture construction,so the core of the culture management is to improve the employee identity degree to the enterprise culture.In this paper,Hong Kong H Company is taken as the research object.In order to find out the problems existing in the corporate culture identity of Hong Kong H Company,this paper uses Professor Chen's organizational Cultural identity scale to carry out a questionnaire survey on Hong Kong H Company.Based on the interview,this paper analyzes the problems in the corporate culture identity of Hong Kong H Company,and finally concludes that the problems of Hong Kong H Company are as follows: 1.The problems of the company own culture construction: the management information collection of Hong Kong H Company is too centralized with the management communication fault of Hong Kong H Company;Hong Kong H company staff work enthusiasm is not high and Hong Kong H company technology brain drain is serious.2.Cognitive construction of corporate culture: Hong Kong-funded H Company employees do not know enough about the company corporate culture.3.The problem of corporate culture identity: the degree of cultural identity of employees in Hong Kong H Company is lower than that of other employees,while that of young and underpaid employees is obviously lower than that of other employees.Based on the results of the investigation on the degree of corporate culture identity of Hong Kong H Company,through combing the relevant literature and existing theoretical research,the author put forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions to improve the degree of corporate culture identity of Hong Kong H Company.1.Hong Kong H Company own cultural construction: to establish and perfect scientific decision-making mechanism;to establish scientific incentive mechanism;to construct innovation and open management communication mode;to innovate the enterprise system for mainland employees,and to open up the employment mechanism.2.Cognitive construction of corporate culture of Hong Kong H Company: pay attention to the propaganda of the company core values;promote the connotation of corporate culture,strengthen the propaganda of typical characters and deeds;strengthen the publicity of the company brand.3.Promotion of corporate cultural identity: managers must lead by example and strive to be ambassadors to propagate corporate culture;hold regular corporate culture training for new and old employees;pay attention to staff training and pay attention to employee growth;To guide employees and companies to form a sense of "community of destiny",to attach importance to the simultaneous development of companies and employees,and to implement the cultural identity of innovative enterprises.Through the in-depth investigation and research on the corporate culture of Hong Kong H Company,this paper provides constructive suggestions for the company to solve the problems it is facing.The conclusions reached in this paper are applicable to other enterprises similar to Hong Kong H Company.It enriches the research examples in this field.At the same time,it also provides a model and train of thought for related enterprises to scientifically formulate cultural management solutions.
