Research On Corporate Integrity Culture And Development Policies In Chinese Enterprises

As the basic standard of Chinese ethics and an important part of enterprise's ideological political education, integrity has been playing an important role in the socialist market economy. However, with the deepening of China's reform and opening up, there are more and more corporate dishonesty in the economic life.Enterprise dishonest phenomena emerges in an endless stream, and becomes more serious, which not only hinder enterprise's healthy development, disturb the normal order of the market economy, but also affect the corporate image in the market economy. In the face of corporate integrity, this paper from the different perspective of the static study of the culture development, but in the perspective of cultural development trends, analysis the current situation of the problem of China's corporate integrity culture degradation, and come up with the countermeasures.There are four main conclusions of this study. First, using the ideological and political indoctrination function to establish a corporate sense of integrity. Second,use the transformation of functions of the Political and Ideological Education to get out of the troubles. Third, use the regulating function of Political and Ideological Education to optimize the development environment of corporate integrity. Forth, use the motivation function of the Ideological and political education to enhance the development of corporate integrity culture enthusiasm. Therefore, we must make full use of the unique ideological and political education resources to help the development of corporate integrity cultural and change the deficiency, in order to repair the integrity of our corporate culture fundamentally,then make it hand down healthy and prosperously.
