With the development of China's economy, China civil aviation industry has witnessed a rapid growth and it will continue the trend in the nearby two or three decades. Consequently,abundant of talent pool is needed and college graduates increasingly become the main target for civil aviation industry. Every airline takes campus recruitment as a vital channel to reserve talents. Meanwhile, airlines enlarge investment in campus recruitment. It is key for campus recruitment of airlines to select suitable qualified college graduates under the circumstance of supply outweighing demanding.Based on correlation theories about human resource recruitment, this thesis has analyzed the current campus recruitment in terms of its form, characteristics, procedures as well as advantages and disadvantages. This thesis has also summarized the commonly existed problems in campus recruitment. Taking MIngde College recruitment of M Airline as an example, this thesis has proposed improved scheme on every step of MIngde College recruitment of M Airline and combed comprehensively the recruitment efficiency in terms of airlines, college graduates as well as colleges. Therefore, this thesis can replenish the theories about campus recruitment to some extent and has certain significance for talent cultivation and the development of related industries.
