Compensation management is one of the most important problems in the enterprise organization,is the most problem in human resources management,the most difficult one job.To the contemporary human resources management development,in many applications in practice of management theory,management method,management tools,compensation management is serve the needs of employees and retain talent,competitiveness,and promote the coordinated development of organizations and individuals the most direct and effective means,is to promote enterprise realize the strategic target of a powerful tool.Compensation system is scientific and reasonable,employees are satisfied,not only relates to personal interests,will directly affect the enterprise's efficiency and productivity.Good compensation system can not only attract and retain talents,encourage its maximum potential,more promoted the value form the core competencies of the organization by staff,so as to promote the realization of enterprise strategic target.At present,there are altogether 4855 state-owned forest farms in our country,the business area of 1.15 billion mu,forest land area of 870 million mu,accounts for about 19%of the national forest area,has become China's ecological function is the most perfect,the most abundant forest resources,forest landscape is the most beautiful,the enrichment of regional biodiversity.The reform of state-owned forest farms in China a few years ago to explore,on the basis of the pilot project in the last year,this year is expected to fully boot.This is regarded as the collective forest right system reform,reform of forestry and ecological construction in China and a major reform measures,the state-owned forest farm as the mainstay of forestry production and ecological construction,plays an extremely important role in the reform.Reform is the main body of people,and the purpose of the reform is to people,people is the most important and the most active in all key elements of productive factors,only the people's initiative into full play,in order to promote the liberation of productive forces,so that the reform become a multiplier to promote the development of enterprises and social productivity.The main content of the paper is as follows: the paper introduces the compensation related theories and concepts,the research status at home and abroad briefly the theory of the compensation to comb;S on the basis of investigating in the state-owned forest compensation system present situation and existing problems of made a summary analysis;Salary management related theory in combination with the practical situation of S state-owned forest farm to redesign the compensation system;The utility analysis for the new compensation system;By comparing old and new compensation system to establish the feasibility of the new system.This article mainly adopt the theory research,on-the-spot investigation,comparative analysis,sum up the methods such as the state-owned forest farm pay system design idea,combining the reality of S state-owned forest farms,improve the wage structure,establishing the comprehensive post wage system,increasing the average wage income gap break,introducing market reference price,set up the length of the respect such as salary,the bonus system to establish scientific and reasonable compensation system,so as to promote the smooth progress of the reform of state-owned forest farms promote state-owned forest farm sustainable and healthy development.
