With the further development of our country urbanization and urban-rural dual structure policy "Barriers" break, a growing number of rural labor force to achieve the space and the transfer of industry, the industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization basic requirements of the synchronization of the "four modernizations" development. This study used the questionnaire data in 15 counties Jiangxi province, using literature analysis, description, and analysis of the decision-making behavior of rural labor force employment outside the province a preliminary qualitative analysis. Using Logit regression method, study the rural labor force employment outside the province the decision-making behavior of the main influence factors for empirical research. Combining qualitative and quantitative research in this study, finally draw the following conclusions.Research conclusion as follows:(1) household characteristics of the farmers, the head of the household of the professional's influence on the family labor force employment outside the province were positively correlated. Agricultural technical training on the impact of negative correlation;(2) the family as a whole rational economic decisions affect the labor employment outside the province, the factors of the characteristics of farm households, the labor force of farm households, agricultural income proportion, family the number of high school education or above, several generations of migrant workers are on the decision-making behavior of rural labor force employment outside the province have a significant positive impact.(3) Social network characteristics, farmers have village cadres in the family, have negative impact on the employment decision-making behavior outside the province.(4) Different geographical location and traffic conditions by farmers' significantly different effect on the decision-making behavior of rural labor force employment outside the province, a negative correlation.(5) The rural labor force transfer and stable increase in grain production is consistent trend. Contracted farmland, actual circulation of farmland area, whether there is significant, the influence of the cultivated land area of its actual influence negatively correlated.(6) Policies, the cognitive characteristics of land approval policy satisfaction, satisfaction without reemployment, significant the influence of planting subsidy object, is a negative correlation relationship. According to the above research conclusion, put forward four Suggestions: One is to achieve the transfer of rural labor force and the food security of the long-term cooperation; second is to achieve land scale management and service scale dual parallel; three is to play the comparative advantages, reasonable optimization and disposition of rural labor resources; four is to enhance human capital, increase rural labor out of vocational skills training.
