Closed loop supply chain is the integration of traditional forward supply chain and reverse supply chain, the essence of closed-loop supply chain is the recycling from the forward flow of products to the reverse recovery of waste products, which makes such a one-way flow process that "resources-production-consumption-waste" to such a cycle of the closed loop flow process "resources-production-consumption-renewable resources". So study on the recycling of waste goods in closed-loop supply chain environment is not only researching the recycling of waste goods, but also testing and classifying the recycling the waste product, and then return to the forward supply chain network to circulate.In this article, firstly, I study on what kind of pattern should be adopted for the recycling of waste goods problems, use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judge the following three kinds of recycling mode:the model that manufacturers be responsible for the recycling of waste products, the model that retailers be responsible for the recycling of waste products and the model that the third party be responsible for the recycle processing pattern from the economic benefit, social environmental benefit, organization management and development strategy these four aspects, through expert consultation method with the aid of some professionals to determine index weight, and finally make a comprehensive evaluation. I choose the model that manufacturers be responsible for the recycling according to the results of the evaluation, and I think the model that manufacturers be responsible for the recycling of waste products is the most reasonable model from the point of view of the whole closed-loop supply chain operations.When manufacturers are responsible for recycling the waste products produced at the end of the consumer, I consider the cost burden by the manufacturers be as low as possible. Under the condition of meeting consumer demand, I establish a closed loop supply chain model for the recycling of waste products, but in the actual application, the demand of consumers and the recovery rate is changeable and uncertain. In order to study the the stability of the closed-loop supply chain operation in which manufacturer is responsible for the recycling of waste products, the scenario analysis method is used to describe these uncertainties, and I expand the closed-loop supply chain model of discarded products to minimum and maximum regret robust optimization model. Because the scene collection which is consist of uncertain parameters is large, in order to solve the problem that solve minimum and maximum regret robust optimization model takes a long time, the scene relaxation algorithm is designed. Finally, through a concrete example I prove the closed-loop supply chain model is robust, and we can get be the robust solution of the problem by the minimum and maximum regret robust optimization model, this shows that the closed-l(?) supply chain.Operation in which the manufacturer is responsible for the recycling of waste products has certain stability. By comparing the time cost by the expanded model with the time cost by the scene relaxation algorithm, I get the conclusion that the scene relaxation algorithm is time sensitive.
