With the remarkable improvement of national economic level,the pressure of market competition is increasing,which directly leads many enterprises and scholars to pay more and more attention to the practice and management of closed-loop supply chain.A well-structured supply chain is a sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises,which can help enterprises cope with the increasing environmental turbulence.Similarly,attention to environmental protection and the economic benefits of using recycled products have prompted people to pay more and more attention to the optimization of closed-loop supply chain network and operation.In the actual production process,due to the uncertainty of various external factors,which seriously affects the stability of the closed-loop supply chain,how to optimize the closed-loop supply chain comprehensively through effective robust optimization method has become a research hot spot of relevant scholars.In this paper,firstly,the uncertainty of recycling quantity and price of waste products in closed-loop supply chain recycling market is fully considered.The objective function is to maximize the profit of manufacturer and supplier and to equalize the quantity of raw materials ordered and delivered.Considering that the quantity of recycling is affected by recycling price,the change of recycling price is described and reflected comprehensively by means of Bounded Symmetric interval.In the context of uncertainties in the recycling market of closed-loop supply chain,the robust optimization method is used to effectively construct a multi-objective fuzzy programming operation model.Finally,a numerical example is designed to verify the feasibility of the operation model and the robustness of the model under the influence of uncertainties.Secondly,considering the uncertainty of the quantity and quality of recycled waste products in the recycling market,a network planning model is constructed to minimize the total carbon emissions and total cost.The robust optimization of the model is realized by the robust optimization method based on the regret value.Finally,a numerical example is designed to verify the robustness of the robust optimization model under uncertain factors.This paper studies the robust optimization model of closed-loop supply chain under uncertain recycling market from two aspects of network planning and operation,which is in line with the trend of environment-friendly and low-carbon.It provides a possibility for the sustainable development of enterprises. |
