With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous expansion of the total economy, more and more enterprises are facing the same problem, that is, the management level is low, and the performance management is backward. After the development of the enterprise to a certain size, the management method and the way which is not matched are becoming the main factors that restrict the whole organization efficiency and the development of the productive forces. Therefore, it is very important to design a scientific evaluation system to improve the overall performance management level of enterprises, and to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Performance appraisal system is a major theoretical and practical issues in the study of enterprise management in China. The assessment system of enterprise management in our country is based on the management skill of the last century, and has been unable to meet the requirements of the global economic integration. Throughout China's current domestic large-scale agricultural and animal husbandry management, is through a set of standardized operational system to the enterprise management functions of the system. Obviously, it is unable to meet the monitoring and evaluation of the whole process of the enterprise management. It is necessary to establish the BSC performance evaluation system.Through the research of performance appraisal theory, through the comparison and research of domestic and foreign literature, and through the WSD Group Co., Ltd, the paper analyzes the existing performance appraisal system in BSC Group Co., Ltd, and summarizes the problems in the WSD Group Co., Ltd, and puts forward the idea of Balanced Scorecard(BSC) system. The effective management strategy and goal of the decomposition and decomposition, build the BSC performance evaluation index system, and achieve the balance between enterprise performance indicators. And the promotion of BSC, process monitoring and performance tracking feedback, etc.. In the enterprise level, department level and staff level, such as the implementation of the BSC performance assessment, the initial realization of the performance assessment to quantify the assessment of the main, and changed the WSD Group Co., ltd.. And the evaluation results of effective use on the application in the enterprise's annual bonus, distribution of bonus, annual salary adjustment plan, training system improvement, employee career planning, human resource allocation and adjustment of organizational structure, and to really develop a hidden value of practical significance and the assessment of the performance appraisal, making enterprise performance appraisal system to real services and enterprise strategic goals, for the enterprise's future strategic layout and decision provides effective data support and reference.Through the research of BSC assessment system, we design a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for WSD Group Co., Ltd, and preliminarily verify and practice the BSC index system, and improve the measurement and management of enterprise strategy in a certain extent.
