Study On The Dynamics Of Index System Construction For Performance Evaluation

Performance evaluation of a corporation can improve the performance of a corporation. Dynamic evaluation can reflect the dynamic information, monitor and control the behavior and outcome of a corporation, and make a progress continuously. So it is valuable to establish the dynamic index system for performance evaluation of a corporation.Firstly, the thesis introduces the summary of performance evaluation and the current research status of dynamic evaluation, then get the model of dynamic evaluation system.The author, on the one hand, are attempting to abstract the increased value matrix from the index data, and combines the increased value matrix with the former value matrix, on the other hand, calculates the dynamic weight by Comprehensive evaluation which be longs to Operation Research, the dynamic weight makes the total variance to be maximized, and calculate the increased value matrix and dynamic weight. So the dynamic system of performance evaluation can be used to evaluate the improvement of a corporation.For the application of the dynamic evaluation system, the author designed a software of performance evaluation, the system design and the code design is included in the thesis. The relationship between dynamic evaluation and AHP is explained by the author in the thesis.
