Research On Labor Structure In The Economic Growth Of Gansu Province

The labor structure of effect in economic growth inc ludes the scale effect and structure effect.when labor structure remains unchanged,the total level of economic growth is the labor of economic scale.When labor stock levels,optimization of the labor structure will promote economic growth.During the past years,most scholars put the labor effect be equal to the size of the labor force elements effect.with increas ing development of the labor force elements in economic growth,however,the econonic should have the requirement of structure optimization.The paper introduces the labor structure factor though the aggregate production function and the canonical analyzation labor structure effect in economic growth.Meanwhile,it is taking Gansu Province for an example analyzing the effect of the labor structure.To achieve too much comprehensive understanding of labor economic factors,it provides the basis for countermeasures and suggestions about the optimization of Gansu labor structure.The paper is basic on the labor market disequilibrium and the labor market is under the assumption of dynamically researching labor transfer in various industries and the corresponding estimates departments the equilibrium wage rate,especially the transfer of surplus agricultural labor.First,it analyzes the theory of economic growth and theory of structure evolution shows growth path.And then,labor structure has carried on the literature review.Third,it is reality that proves the structure of economic growth in the process of economic growth from the normative analysis of the economy.Fourth,from the basis of the existing dual economic theory,the structure effect can be used to take in quantitative analysis of labor structure of the changing economic growth model of two model and three departments.Fifth,it is us ing the above theoretical model for empirical analysis and estimat ing the contribution of labor force structure in economic growth under equilibrium coefficient of viscosity of the wage rate and different sectors of the real wage rate from data 2002 to 2014 Gansu Yearbook.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the perspective of labor in GanSu economic development.The paper have some conclusions on economic development of capital stock contributing between 40% to 50%.it shows that gansu relies on the capital intens ive industry on the economic development.Human capital contributes to the economic growth between 10% and 14%.the structure changing contributes to the economic between 1.6% and 2.3%,regardless of two department model and on three department model contribution between 5% and 17.7%.it is much better the third department than two department of model for neglecting the flowing among second industry and third industry in the second department of model.According to data,the author believe that the state should adjust the industrial structure and upgrade the structure industry.The innovation of the article lies in following ideas.first it is proved throug the way of mathematical deduction that existing structure effect in economic growth.second,it creates the two and three departmart of model on Lewis’ dual economy theory.Finally,the application of ridge regression keep variables and eliminate the linear way for making an empirical analysis of the data in Gansu province.
