Study On The Development Of Inclusive Finance And Its Influencing Factors In Henan Province

Financial inclusion is on the development of micro credit and micro finance and beyond to provide a sound financial system and a more effective financial services,especially for poor people and poor areas to provide financial services for all sectors of the community.The development of Inclusive Finance provides an effective solution for China’s financial reform.Henan Province is the central areas in economically less developed provinces and a large province of agriculture,modern agriculture development level is not high,over a broad area in poor areas,"three rural" economic and social development lags behind.Research on Inclusive Finance in Henan province has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of economic and social development in Henan province.In this paper,based on the relevant theories of financial inclusion,in clear the Inclusive Finance,Financial Exclusion,under the premise of the relevant concepts of inclusive financial index and inclusive finance evaluation index system,considering the state of development of Henan Province financial inclusion,as well as the data available of selected the six indicators of the GPFI financial index system architecture,inclusive financial development in Henan Province in 2005 to 2014 and 17 provincial cities were comprehensive statistical analysis.Further bybuilding inclusive financial index(IFI),of Henan Province and its 17 key provinces city is under the jurisdiction of the inclusive financial development level respectively were used to measure the main province in Henan Province and the city is under the jurisdiction of the inclusive financial development level during the period from 2005 to 2014 general showing an upward trend in the,but the growth is relatively slow,and regional financial development level has a certain gap.According to the conclusion of the above data analysis,in view of the present situation of the Henan Province Development of inclusive financial,this article mainly selected the level of economic development,urbanization rate,demographic factors,technical level and financial awareness,loan difficulty degree with the theoretical analysis of the influence on the influence factors of Henan Province inclusive financial development.Based in the above theory and data statistical analysis,this paper to influence factors related to the development of inclusive financial in Henan Province as a variable,followed by through the ADF unit root test,the Hausman test and establish inclusive financial index and related variables were related to the panel data model,an empirical test of Henan Provincial financial inclusion development influence factors.Conclusion:per capita GDP,urbanization rate,population density,higher school enrollment rate,personal loan size of these variables and inclusivefinance index was significantly positive correlation,but the Internet coverage rate had showed no obvious correlation to IFI.To this end,this article from the level of economic development,urbanization,residents of financial education,infrastructure,etc.Summed up the promotion of inclusive financial development in Henan Province,a few enlightenment.
