| With the continuous development of economy,the labor market has formed in a large scale with a large amount of flowing talents.Due to various subjective and objective factors,employees turnover rate of manufacturing enterprise has risen in a high level.While high turnover rate brought a series of negative effects to the enterprise,which not only weakens the enterprise’s core competitiveness,and seriously affect the operation of enterprises,such as the impact of product quality,reduce production etc.Therefore,how to reduce employee turnover rate has become an important topic of enterprise management.Turnover behavior can be well predicted by employee’s turnover intention,this paper take the employee of F group business division as examples to survey related factors that affect turnover intention,and from the perspective of social work to explore the intervention countermeasures.Based on extensive literature research,combined with interviews Land information material to design the questionnaire,and then select 245 emlpoyee survey,collected 219 valid questionnaires,and statistical analysis has done using SPSS software.The study results show: the turnover intention of male was significantly higher than that of females;employee’s turnover intention is mainly affected by the leadership of management,job satisfaction,organizational justice and organizational identification influence,and they showed a prominent negative relationship with turnover intention.At last,on the basis of the conclusions of the study,combined with social work methods presented some countermeasure,such as advocate humane management philosophy,guide the improvement of management,revise the unreasonable rule,build the rule of employee participation,care employee Life,improve employee welfare,adjust employee mentality,build common vision for employees and enterprises,build nice working Atmosphere,enrich employee work.The purpose of this study all through the intervention of social work to enhance the management level of enterprises,to reduce employee turnover rate,so as to realize the win-win situation of both sides of labour and capital. |
