Employees' needs cannot be satisfied from work,so they feel alienated from work, which has an important impact on their turnover intention. However,in the context of China's native situation, there are still no systematic empirical studies on the impact of their intention to resign and their mechanisms of action when they have different levels of individual traditional employees in the face of organizational political perception.Based on previous studies,in this study, innovatively analyze and verify the impact of work alienation on employee turnover intentions, and using organizational political perception as a mediator variable and individual tradition as a moderator,to explore their role in the impact of work alienation on employee turnover intention. In this study, the main method used is to facilitate sampling, and there are two ways to fill in the questionnaire section. One is to issue questionnaires online, and the other is to do it offline. And the selected participants are mainly distributed in dozens of enterprises and institutions in the five major cities of North China,East China,Central China,West China and South China(Beijing, nanjing, zhengzhou, chongqing, guangzhou),as well as employees in government departments, and mainly based on private enterprise employees.A total of 818 paper and electronic questionnaires were distributed, and 686 valid questionnaires were distributed.Use a variety of statistical methods such as: descriptive statistical analysis, reliability, validity testing, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, common deviation testing, and analysis techniques such as Bootstrap testing.Analyze and discuss four variables: work alienation, employee turnover intention, perception of organizational political, personal tradition,The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The sense of work alienation is significantly positively correlated with the employee turnover intention, and has a significant positive predictive effect on the employee's intention to leave.(2)Perception of organizational political plays an intermediary role in the relationship between work alienation and employee turnover intention.Especially when the organizational political awareness of employees is high, the sense of work alienation is more obvious, and the(3)employee's intention to leave is significantly increased.(4)Personal tradition plays a regulatory role in the relationship between perception of organizational political and employee turnover intention.Especially when the individual's personal traditional level is low,the perception of organizational political is more obvious, and the employee's intention to leave is significantly higher.(5)In the intermediary process of organizational political perception on the sense of work alienation affecting employee turnover intention, individual tradition plays a regulatory role, work alienation, employee turnover intention, perception of organizational political, personal tradition can construct a regulated intermediary role model.
