Since twenty-first Century,with China's accession to the WTO,the book industry has been open to the world.Xinhua bookstores across the country in order to reduce the cost of logistics,improve distribution efficiency,so as to gain more enterprise benefits,have invested in the establishment of large-scale book logistics distribution center.Book distribution is the end of the book industry transport links,further strengthen the construction of information,constantly improving the level of book logistics distribution is an urgent requirement to strengthen the supply chain management.The construction and operation of the book logistics distribution center in our country is in the starting stage,due to the lack of necessary theoretical support,there are still some defects and deficiencies in the layout design of the book distribution center.According to the experience of the developed countries in the layout design of logistics distribution center,and combined with the actual situation of China's enterprises,with the aid of Systematic Layout Planning(SLP),the layout of the book logistics distribution center is optimized,it can promote the development of China's book logistics industry.The paper based on the above background,and A company's book logistics distribution center as the research object,starting scientific analysis of the functional area and operation process of the whole book logistics distribution center,combining the related theoretical methods with the characteristics of Chinese book industry,to provide reference for the further improvement of the book logistics distribution center.The main research contents of this paper include the following five aspects:(1)The research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars are summarized,from the distribution center layout system,logistics distribution center operation level and SLP method based on the logistics distribution center design and optimization of the three aspects summarizes the relevant research results.(2)This paper introduces the concept of the logistics distribution center and the four stages of the design of the logistics distribution center,then analyzes the objectives and principles of logistics distribution center design,and expounds the five basic methods of logistics distribution center layout design.(3)On the basis of the division of the functional area of logistics distribution center,combined with the characteristics of book logistics distribution,the operation flow of A company's book logistics distribution center is described in detail.(4)After analyzing the basic characteristics of A company's book logistics distribution center,starting statistical analysis with EIQ(Entry,Item,Quantity)analysis method for A company's book order date,in order to put forward constructive suggestions for the division and rational planing of the reservoir.(5)According to SLP method,analyse the relationship between the logistics and non-logistics of each operating unit,and obtains the operation unit comprehensive mutual relation chart,then according to the operation unit comprehensive mutual relations diagram to generate the initial linear relationship chart,combined with the operating unit area of each functional area,draw a preliminary plan.Finally,using the weighted factor evaluation method to select the best alternative.Through to the EIQ order analysis of A company's book logistics distribution center,then analyse relevant date and set up model on this basis,apply SLP method to optimize the layout of book logistics distribution center,so as to shorten the distance of logistics operation,reduce the logistics cost,and achieve the goal of layout optimization.
