Research On The Asset Management Business Of C Securities Co.,Ltd.

Security firm's asset management of country is gradually opening up with the deepening of the market reform process.The asset management of security firm also meets new development opportunities as well as its business becomes one of major business which keeps pace with brokerage,proprietary,underwriting business.Therefore,it's very important to learn the asset management business of security firm.Firstly,this paper aims to show achievement of domestic and foreign asset management business through literature search.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of asset management business and its operating points of security firm as well as our's country's security firm and foreign security firm.Thirdly,it makes quantitative and qualitative analysis on asset management business of C security firm by comparative analysis and concludes that there exists three major problems on asset management business of C security firm at present,that is the asset scale is small,the product category is single and the product profit is low.Finally,this paper puts forward seven development strategies on asset management by analyzing the causes of these problems on C security firm,that is,expanding impact and building unique brand,relocating the target customer and overcoming geographical limitations,expanding channels and improving sale level,developing creative abilities and riching product system,segmenting customer and exploring needs,strengthening investment and team-building and sounding risk control system.The primary target of this paper tends to solve practical problems and realizes to promote the company to grasp the opportunity of “golden period” of asset management business through researching on asset management business of C security firm.It also helps to highlight the feature of information management business and establish a corporate brand so as to improve the company conforms to the trend of industry development and build the “hard power” of asset management.This paper also helps to improve the whole management ability of the company in order to promote the transformation,strengthen the market competitive advantage and improve the profit of the company.
