As a new rural economic organization form, agricultural products processing specialized village is an important way to realize agricultural modernization and extend the industrial chain of agriculture. This paper selects Sangpo village in Henan Province as the research object, get the industry evolution and economic data by means of field research and telephone interview. Combing with the relevant statistical data, This paper discusses the industrial upgrading of Sangpo village and the impact mechanism of the Internet, expounds the upgrading characteristics and path of the industrial of the agricultural products processing professional village, and studies the internal mechanism of the Internet on the industrial upgrading of this type of specialized village. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of agricultural products processing specialized village has obvious stage. After the founding of new China, the development of fur processing industry is divided into the following stages.(1)Incubation period. 1949-1977 years, the instability of market and system environment has made the development of individual and private economy slow.(2)The period of rapid development. 1978-1991 years, affected by the reform and opening-up, fur economy of Sangpo village has entered into the primitive accumulation period.(3)Rapid growth period. 1992-1996 years, the transfer of fur industry of Sangpo village to the international market promote the rise of the "company + enterprise + farmer" industry model.(4)Fluctuating development period. Between 1997 and 2005, the fur industry has entered the instable development, affected by the external environment and technology such as the Asian financial crisis, serious natural disasters and the rise of agricultural Internet application technology, etc.(5) Wave adjustment period. 2006-2010 years, in order to get rid of the international fur market shrinking, the world financial crisis, environmental pollution and other adverse effects, Sangpo Village has continued to carry out industrial restructuring and adjustment.(6)Continuous upgrading period. After 2011, with the help of industrial transfer of footwear industry from the coast to the inland transfer and deepening of Internet business applications, the industry of Sangpo village continue to upgrade.(2)Agricultural products processing specialized village is rooted in the local environment, but difficultly develop in the impact of internal and external conditions. When faced with the crisis of international fur market shrink, serious environmental pollution and so on, the fur processing industry of Sangpo seize the opportunity of economic globalization and Internet boom, and Gradually realizes the upgrading of the industry regional brand effect and other advantages, by virtue of historical tradition, regional brand effect and other advantages. From the point of global value chain, process upgrading and product upgrading are the main status in the industrial upgrading, function upgrade start gradually and chain upgrading is rare. At same time Industry's upgrade path of specialized village is generally from OEA to OEM, and try to upgrade to ODM and OBM. Based on the theory of "smile curve", the direction of industrial upgrading is to the upper and lower reaches of industrial chain at same time. But the trend of upgrade to the downstream is significantly more than the upward trend, by the constraints of Own ability, location, resources, development environment, etc. Analysis from the perspective of life cycle theory, industrial upgrading of agricultural products processing specialized village is a shift from Family workshop economic model to "Company + enterprise + peasant household" model firstly. After the disintegration of the company, the industry of specialized village enters the Italy type cluster model, which include many small and medium enterprises. Later, specialized village finally enters the development mode of "Internet+ enterprise + farmer, under the impact of the domestic and foreign environment, such as industrial pollution, financial crisis, shrinking international market, the rapid development of the network economy and so on.(3)Internet, logistics, marketing, technology, ability of self and historical tradition are the important influencing factors of industrial upgrading on agricultural products processing specialized village. Among them, Internet and logistics are crucial for the upgrading of the industrial spatial structure and electronic commerce; historical tradition and its own ability are powerful guarantee for the realization of industrial upgrading; market and technology is the driving force to promote industrial upgrading.(4)From the construction of the "double media pendulum" model, the promoting effect of Internet on the upgrade of fur primary processing phase is significantly smaller than that of deep processing. In addition, internet promotes the upgrading of the primary processing by affecting the acquisition of production factors, and promotes the upgrading of deep processing by affecting the acquisition of market information, supplier selection and customer contact. In product marketing links, internet promotes the common upgrade of fur processing and deep processing, by expanding the sales and marketing methods of semi-finished products, expanding the scope of sales and the way of fur deep processing products, enhancing industry awareness and regional brand effect, and accelerating capital flows, and so on. In the transport link, internet affects the upgrading of fur industry, mainly by promoting the diversification of transport mode, enhancing the accessibility of transport network, reducing transportation costs, etc.
