For today’s society, "Green" has become a worldwide topic. Scholars have analyzed how to make economic and social environment "green" from different perspectives. Green Human Resource Management is one of the themes under studies. It aims at integrating the "green" concept into theories of human resource management. However, compared with the research history abroad in the past 20 years, there is rare relevant literature in China, and the research content is relatively single. This study discusses the influencing factor in the implementation of GHR management through theoretical and empirical research, hoping to provide theoretical reference for enterprises to implement the proposed GHR management model.The research content of this thesis is basically composed of three parts:background research (chapter 1), theoretical research (chapter 2) and empirical research (chapters 3 and 4). The influencing factors in implementing GHR management are analyzed based on a detailed literature review, survey results, exploratory factor and confirmatory factor analyses and the application of the game theory.In the background research, the importance in implementing GHR management is analyzed from the macro and micro perspective.In the theoretical research, GHR management is conceptualized on the basis of the previous studies, followed by the identification of the influencing factors in its implementation.In the empirical research, after reorganization of the influencing factors through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor method, the author concludes that there are four primary influencing factors in the implementation of GHR management, and the most influential factor is the promotion of government. To make things c lear, the related policies which can push an enterprise to implement the GHR management model are discussed along with the analysis of the game between the government and enterprises under the game theory.
