Competition among enterprises in the final analysis is the competition of talents,motivate employees,especially core employees,improve their work performance,increase their sense of belonging and loyalty,so as to reduce the core staff turnover rate,has become the enterprise top managers must solve the management problems.In this paper,the theoretical framework-Case Analysis-countermeasures and suggestions-the implementation of security as the research ideas,based on Herzberg's two factor theory,combined with other incentive theory,by questionnaire and interview,investigates the current situation of CJ company's core employees from three different demographic characteristics,found that the core staff remuneration,benefits,interpersonal relationships,performance management,recognition and reward,enhance the development opportunities,staff training and other aspects of satisfaction is low.On this basis,from the two factors of hygiene and motivation,puts forward the incentive plan of CJ company,on the one hand,improve the job evaluation,strengthen the basic salary,welfare construction,improve information communication and other basic human resources system construction,to ensure the implementation of hygiene factors,on the other hand,through the incentive remuneration system,the comprehensive welfare program,the sustainable development of the professional career,strengthen staff rewards and punishments and other means,the establishment of motivate mechanism.give full play to the role of incentive factors,and further to implement the new incentive measures supporting measures and safeguards are described,.In order to improve the current situation of CJ company's core staff,it provides the methods and ideas,but also provides a reference for the same type of enterprises to establish incentive mechanism and improve the level of motivation.
