Nowadays,the competition of enterprises is essentially the competition of talents.Whether the enterprise can retain talent,can improve the level of human resources,determines whether it can stand firm in the competitive market,determines whether it has the potential for sustainable development.At present,most enterprises attach importance to the cultivation of talents,to carry out a series of human resources as the core of the training work,but due to the lack of a sound training system,and the lack of a comprehensive and detailed guidance plan,even spent a lot of energy,but eventually the effect is still not satisfied.Faced with this situation,it is imperative to improve human resource training.This paper takes Daqing building materials company as the research subject,human resources and other related theories as the basis,using the method of field investigation,investigation and Research on the human resource training status of the company,pointing out its shortcomings,and at the same time,based on the building materials company,established a relatively perfect human resource training system,in order to improve the training of staffs building materials company efficiency.This paper firstly introduces the development status of Daqing building materials company,the status quo and development of human resources;secondly,to analyze the problems exposed in the company staff training;then,in the three aspects of organization system,process system and course system as the core,the construction of building materials company staff training system;finally.Combined with the existing problems in the training of Daqing building materials company,from three aspects of organization,resource,system,put forward the security measures for the implementation of the staff training system building materials company.
