Along with the science and technology development and social progress, in all the production factors, it is widely recognized that talents have played a decisive role in enterprise survival and development, and now the competition between enterprises is essentially the competition of the talent team quality, and the one who has the first-class talented person will surely have the broad future. Therefore, enterprises make every effort to improve its staff quality, and for the moment, many universities and training institutions have opened the professional business administration courses for enterprise senior management personnel, and gradually formed a training system of senior management personnel. However, compared with the enterprise top management, affected by factors such as number of personnel and job types, etc., enterprise middle management personnel usually receives trainings within enterprise, and the training course design, teachers, training management as well as the effect evaluation, etc all need to be improved.At present, most domestic trainings and researches involve the enterprise senior management training rather than middle management training. As is known to all, enterprise middle management personnel are directly engaged in the business management, and undertake important management responsibility, however, in recent years, middle management personnel quality are unable to keep pace with enterprise development, meanwhile, they cannot timely get training due to busy work, dispersed field operation, change shifts and contradictions between work and study. Thus, it is urgent to research and establish the training management system of enterprise middle management personnel, so as to improve the management capacity of middle management personnel and promote the enterprise management level, which has certain practical significance for enterprise middle management.In this paper, take Daqing Oilfield JS Company as an example, together adopt document study, condition survey and analysis, depth interview, logical reasoning and case analysis, to research on the training system of enterprise middle management personnel, and improve their management capacity, which will provide new ideas and methods for improving and perfecting the training system of enterprise middle management personnel.
