In recent years, the economic development in the Chinese shift period, highlighting the problems of economic structure, the government supervision of financial institutions become more stringent, from a low error rate, high efficiency, high customer satisfaction, as customers to provide services directly to the commercial bank teller, facing greater pressure of supervision, assessment, financial consumer protection etc. the specific performance: commercial bank teller is an important participant in the anti money laundering crime prevention work, the first contact to the customer and the customer's identity recognition, if the customer identification fails, bear a certain risk, while increasing its work rate. As a type of service enterprises, improve work efficiency, customer satisfaction it is very important, in order to better protect the financial interests of consumers, the commercial banks set up special financial consumer complaint handling center, in general, in case of complaints, Commercial bank teller is the first most directly involved in personnel, and demanded that they must promptly take measures and actions to solve the problem and improve customer satisfaction, which in a certain extent increased the psychological pressure of the commercial bank teller.
