Global liquidity squeezes,the globalization becomes an converse trend.The world's major economies' growth is weak.The profit of internal banking grow as a snail's pace.At the same time,banks are facing promlem,like serious brain drain,low staff efficiency and motivation.As the cornerstone of the commercial bank,the teller plays an important role in the development of the bank.The teller performance evaluation,is not only related to the level of their own income,but also can affect the interests and the image of the bank,to a certain extent.In recent years,H bank teller has a serious brain drain,lacking of staff centripetal force.Because other banks have better performance evaluation system,H banks are in the inferior position in the talent competition.There are many problems and reason in the performance evaluation system of H bank,such as small performance allocation gap,absence of the performance management system with strategy guide,unreasonable evaluation index and so on.The balanced scorecard(BSC)can balance the bank's financial index and non-financial index,and the four aspects,so as to realize the development of all aspects of the teller and the bank.This article used balanced scorecard,expert opinion method,reliability analysis method and analytic hierarchy process theory,combined with the actual situation of H bank,designed enterprise strategic target oriented performance evaluation system of the H bank teller.It standarded H bank teller's performance evaluation methods,the application of evaluation index and the results of evaluation,and cleared the responsibility of teller in performance management roles,assessment cycle and assessment process.This article put forward measur s from five aspects to guarantee smooth implementation of performance optimization scheme.TO identify teller with high performance can enhance the satisfaction and loyalty of the staff to the bank,and enhance the attraction and cohesion of the bank,through the scientific,objective and fair performance evaluation method.The problem of teller performance evaluation in this article is widespread in other commercial banks.Analysising of the reasons of the relevant issues,can provide reference for more scientific,complete and effective teller performance evaluation system for other bank.
