A Preliminary Study On The Establishment Of Traceability System For Aquatic Products Quality And Safety In Quanzhou City

Aquatic products are popular for its various proteins;amino acids and trace elements human body needed as well as its fresh and tasty.However,aquatic products are easily to be defiled by the pathogenic microorganism during its growing waters,transportation or processing,which causes the food safety problem.China is one of the largest countries in aquatic products demand and trading.Its gross amount of aquatic products accounted for nearly half of the world total amounts,which is the largest aquatic products market in the world.It is meaningful to study and establish effective traceability system of aquatic products quality safety for the development of fishery and improvement of the food safety in China.At present,it is not optimistic in quality safety of aquatic products.There are many potential problems in the production and intermediate line of aquatic products.The establishment of food quality traceability system is one of the important work of it to make the fishery developing in a healthy and ordered way.In the recent years,the theoretical research of traceability system of aquatic products quality safety has been introduced by our scholars.Actually the system has been trial operated in a few provinces,which is in the primary stage.Fujian province is located in the southeast coast of China where is rich in aquatic resources,the relevant functional departments are making great efforts to set up an effective water products quality safety traceability system.Quanzhou is one of the largest areas in the aquatic product production and selling,its essential marketing trait almost stands for the current situation of Fujian in the aquatic product market.Accordingly,this thesis starts with the related theories of the traceability system of aquatic products,mainly analyzes the marketing definition of aquatic product and the definition,variety,characteristics of traceability system for aquatic products quality safety.Moreover,this thesis analyzes the problems and defect in the implementation of traceability system for aquatic products quality safety,which supply the theoretical foundation for the establishment of Quanzhou traceability system for aquatic products quality safety.Secondly,this thesis states the potential problem in the establishment of Quanzhou traceability system for aquatic products quality safety depends on collecting and researching information as well as the combination of macro-and micro-analysis.Meanwhile,this thesis analyzes the feasibility in the establishment of Quanzhou traceability system for aquatic products quality safety by using the analytical method of SWTO,based on the analysis,this thesis also puts forward the solutions to the establishment of Quanzhou traceability system for aquatic products quality safety.In a long term,it is necessary to establish and refine the Quanzhou traceability system for aquatic products quality safety although its development would be effected by various factors.Quanzhou has already equips with the good condition and good opportunity to set up the system.And it can help to build traceability system of other related food and provide some information for protection of food safety.
