The Study Of The Employment Space Distribution Of Lanzhou City

On the basis of the research achievements of predecessors and the employment of economic census data in 2013 and land use status figure of Lanzhou city in 2010, this paper analyzed the scale of urban employment, employment density spatial distribution features and employment spatial agglomeration area distribution by Using Moran's I, employment density index, proportion index analysis methods. According to the streets in different industries of the difference between the proportions of employment, the streets are divided into different types of employment. This paper discussed the employment type of space distribution characteristics. And from the perspective of divisions, this paper analyzed the employment space distribution characteristic of manufacturing, construction and services. Finally, the paper analyzed the reason of the employment spatial distribution characteristics of Lanzhou city and put forward some suggestions of the employment structure optimization.The following relevant conclusions:(1) The employment population distribution is not balanced in Lanzhou city. It shows obvious hierarchy by inside and outside. In the general, it shows the space distribution pattern of mass polymerization of the high outside low.(2) The employment population density also shows obvious hierarchy by inside and outside. Through the study of the identification of employment center, it is concluded that spatial structure of the employment presents double center and multi-polar nuclear distribution in Lanzhou city.(3) There is a phenomenon of the employment space distribution agglomeration. The space distribution of employment type in mixed type employment area as the center, peripheral type cross spread in other kinds of employment law.(4) The mixed type employment type roughly presents "east-medium-west" distribution on the space. The employment type ? are mainly distributed in the edge of the city. The employment type ? distributed in hybrid between employment and single industry advantage in employment.(5) The employment spatial distribution of the manufacturing industry, the construction industry and the service industry are very imbalance in Lanzhou city.(6) The major factors of the spatial distribution of the employment of Lanzhou city are geographical distribution of the industry, policy factors, industrial agglomeration effect, and geographical factors of living selection and so on. Finally, in order to provide a reference for healthy development of the city, harmonious society and stability, this paper put forward some optimization measures.
